An electrical safety check ensures that the electrical installations and fittings in your property are legally compliant with the standards for rental properties. These safety checks are required every 2 years.
A gas safety check ensures that your gas appliances are up to date and legally compliant with the standards for rental properties. These safety checks are required every 2 years.
